Instructions
- Children between 6 to 11 years old pay half of the adult ticket price
- Minimum age required: 6 years of age
- Transportation available between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. depending on the location of the hotel or pick-up area
Tips
- Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
- Bring comfortable clothes, a bathing suit, an extra change of clothes and water shoes.
- Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes or repellants with chemicals that can affect the ecosystem of the cenotes. You must take a shower before entering the first cenote.
- Avoid leaving the marked or pre-established paths to prevent an incident with the fauna or flora of the place.
- If you see an animal, avoid touching it, approaching it or feeding it; they are in their natural habitat.
- The use of a life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
- The average temperature of the cenotes between 24°C and 26°C throughout the year.
- Bring cash or a card to buy your photos or souvenirs.
